Having Joe take us through "How the West Was Won" made me feel like I was seventeen years olde again, prac-a-cin in St Raphaels School, and having him tell me "You aren't playing LOUD ENOUGH"!!

Joe effected everyone he met in the old days. Most admired him, some envied him. He still has that amazing gift, not just the musical imagination and skill, but the charisma that made him so effective as a leader of champions throughout the colorful history of traditional drum corps.
We are oganizing to have a special convertible for him to ride in with us in the parade...complete with a PCP uniformed ontourage. The only other one we will honor like that is Monsignor D.
