There will be an informal yet informative meeting about the new Bridgeport-based junior corps on June 7, 2004 at Christmas Village, 7 PM - 8 PM. Those interested in hearing about the corps organization, seeing the corps' new uniform and learning more about the exciting concepts and strategies we're developing for the education, training, development and showcasing of area youth, should attend this informative preview meeting on June 7th. It your chance to get the inside story before the formal public announcements are made in late June.
Those interested in applying to be instructors or other staff are encouareged to attend as well. Bucc's, PAL and other area corps alumni with children, grandchildren or friends with children between the ages of 10 and 20 who might be interested in membership shouldconsider attending as well.
Membership applications will be issed and taken in late June. The formal announcement of the corps' formation will be made the evening of June 26th.
